• Provide innovative solutions: prepare and present smart design ideas and proposals, and follow up on closing contracts successfully.
• Supervision and follow-up: lead and guide the design team, and directly supervise workflow to ensure projects are implemented with the highest quality standards.
• Continuous development and improvement: contribute to the development of the design department, enhance work environment efficiency, and update procedures.
• Collaborative coordination: play an effective liaison role between clients and the project team to ensure on-time delivery in the best possible light.
