As we continue expanding across the Gulf region, we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across GCC markets.
- Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop territory plans and account growth strategies.
- Research target industries and identify key decision-makers.
- Build relationships with CXOs, founders, IT leaders, procurement teams, and business owners.
Sales
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Conduct discovery meetings and solution presentations.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close enterprise deals.
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Strategic Partnerships
- Develop relationships with channel partners, system integrators, consultants, and referral partners.
- Identify opportunities within government, enterprise, education, healthcare, and private sectors.
- Represent Hyphun® during virtual and in-person meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery teams.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Provide customer feedback to product and technical teams.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new services and solutions.

Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales within the IT, SaaS, or Technology industry.
- Proven experience selling software development services or enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into GCC markets.
- Existing network within Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman.
- Experience responding to RFPs and enterprise procurement processes.
- Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Employment Type: Full-Time (Initial 2-month commission-based evaluation period, followed by a salaried position based on performance.)
Compensation & Engagement Model
This position begins with a 2-month performance-based engagement on a commission-only basis.
During this initial period, the selected candidate will focus on generating qualified opportunities, building a healthy sales pipeline, and successfully closing new business across the GCC region. Attractive commissions will be paid on every successful deal closed during this period.
Upon successful completion of the two-month evaluation period and achievement of mutually agreed performance objectives, the candidate will be offered a full-time salaried position with Hyphun® Technologies, including:
