Digital Performance & Impact Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a Digital Performance & Impact Specialist to support the measurement and evaluation of digital transformation initiatives through KPIs, performance monitoring, dashboards, and impact assessments. Key Responsibilities Define and monitor digital performance indicators. Develop dashboards and performance reports. Measure digital maturity and transformation outcomes. Analyze KPIs and identify improvement opportunities. Support data-driven decision making. Prepare executive reports and presentations. Monitor project performance and benefits realization. Job Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience2–4 years of experience in Performance Management, KPI Management, PMO, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Digital Transformation, or related fields. Preferred Skills KPI development. Dashboard reporting. Data analysis. Power BI or similar reporting tools. Excel (Advanced).
