Current Vacancy:

Position: Production Management Supervisor

Qualification: Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing

Salary: SAR 3500 - 4500

Department: Production Planner and Production Supervisor

Gender: Male

Age: Below 40 years

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and production reporting.

Contract Duration: 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations.
• Prepare and monitor production plans and schedules.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Monitor productivity, quality and operational performance.
• Manage manpower allocation and shop floor activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, quality and warehouse teams.
• Prepare production reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering

Experience Required Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing
