Technical Support Engineer – Printing (Riyadh) | Arabic Speaker
Key responsibilities
Provide onsite technical support and maintenance for laser printing hardware. Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults using technical documentation and diagrams. Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and parts replacement. Liaise with service managers, escalate complex issues, and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate service reports and interact professionally with customers.
Requirements BS Engineering (electronics or related) or Diploma in Electronics. Fresh graduate up to 1+ year of hands-on experience (printing, hardware service, or similar). Basic knowledge of print technologies (laser preferred; inkjet/offset exposure a plus). Ability to read and understand technical documentation and circuit/assembly diagrams. Computer literate with MS Office and service-reporting tools. Local Saudi candidates Available to join ASAP.
