WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBeyond qualifications, we are looking for a specific kind of person:
5+ years of B2B account management or enterprise sales experience, with a track record of hitting revenue targets. Arabic speaker, preferably Jordanian, Egyptian, Lebanese, or of similar regional background, with deep familiarity with the KSA business culture. Proven hunter mentality: you are comfortable sourcing your own pipeline and driving deals from cold outreach to close. Experience in technology, staffing, or managed services is an advantage but not a barrier. What matters is your ability to understand a complex solution and articulate its value clearly. Strong relationship instincts. You build trust quickly and maintain it under pressure. Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in C-suite conversations. Organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment where targets are high and ambiguity is a feature, not a bug.
