Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Informatica MDM implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design to deployment and post-go-live support, ensuring alignment with business objectives in Riyadh.

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for complex MDM initiatives, mitigating risks and proactively addressing challenges specific to the Saudi market.

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for data domains, matching rules, and data quality processes within the MDM hub.

• Oversee the technical design and configuration of Informatica MDM solutions, including data modeling, integration flows, and user interface customization.

• Strong experience in MDM / Data programs / Insurance domain (preferred)

• Tools & Technologies

  • Project tools: MS Project / JIRA / Azure DevOps

  • Reporting: PowerPoint, Excel

  • Understanding of:

    • Informatica MDM

    • Data Governance frameworks

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10-16 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on Informatica MDM implementations.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale MDM projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

• Expertise in Informatica MDM toolset (e.g., Informatica MDM Multidomain, Data Director, Informatica Data Quality).
