Roles & Responsibilities
Develop new HVAC project opportunities and generate leads. Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients. Prepare technical and commercial proposals and negotiate contracts. Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution. Achieve sales targets, maintain CRM, and provide after-sales support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 5 years of HVAC project sales experience.
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Experience in VRF/VRV, DX, Rooftop Units, AHUs, FCUs, and Ventilation systems.
- Ability to read drawings, prepare quotations, BOQs, and manage projects from enquiry to handover.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD/HAP is an advantage.
