Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities and campaigns, managing the company's digital presence, creating visual content, and supporting PR efforts, contributing to brand enhancement, customer acquisition, and growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate with management and the sales team to ensure integrated marketing efforts and goal attainment.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts and oversee content plan execution.
• Create and publish professional content that strengthens the corporate identity and boosts engagement and reach.
• Coordinate with design teams or service providers to produce marketing materials when needed.
• Photograph real estate projects, events, and activities organized or participated in by the company.
• Prepare professional visual content for use in advertising campaigns, social media, and the website.
• Contribute to building and strengthening relationships with partners, media, and relevant entities that enhance the company’s image and presence in the market.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Experience in photography, videography, and editing using professional software.
• Ability to develop marketing content and manage digital campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent English proficiency in addition to Arabic.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and take responsibility.
