About the job
A leading company in designing and distributing abayas in Riyadh is looking for a Sales Manager with our headquarters in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and advise on the types of abayas and available designs.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Organize and display products in the showroom.
- Monitor inventory and communicate with the procurement department.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the workspace.
- You will be responsible for boosting sales and implementing marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and attract customers in the luxury fashion market.
- Direct communication with customers and providing consultations on selecting suitable abayas.
Requirements
Hard skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fashion or luxury products sector.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of the fashion and apparel market.
Soft skills:
- High persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet goals.
- Creativity in providing solutions for customers.
- Team spirit and collaboration with different departments.
