We are looking for the first employee in the marketing and customer communication team — a person who loves events and weddings, understands the Saudi customer, and can turn a beautiful idea into real content and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok)
- Reach out to new hosts and assist them in creating their first event
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and messages
- Build relationships with wedding venues and event coordinators
- Analyze customer feedback and communicate it to the product team
Requirements:
- Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic
- Experience managing Instagram/TikTok content
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferably with a background in events or digital marketing
