Role Description We are seeking an experienced Foreman – Site Construction Operations to join our Field Operations team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project quality, schedule, and cost objectives. The role requires strong leadership in managing construction crews, coordinating resources, maintaining site administration, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site construction activities, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans. Plan, schedule, and coordinate labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities. Monitor construction progress, productivity, quality, and cost performance. Ensure compliance with project health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Organize and control the utilization of construction plant, equipment, and temporary works. Supervise concrete works, formwork, scaffolding, excavation, and earthworks activities. Maintain site records, progress reports, and construction documentation. Coordinate with engineers, project management, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues. Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project objectives while maintaining high workmanship standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote safe working practices across the construction site. Qualifications A-Level qualification, NQF Level 4 Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Building, Construction, or a related discipline. Minimum 6–8 years of experience in engineering and construction projects. Strong experience in:Building Construction Earthworks and Roads Formwork Concrete Works Scaffolding Excavation and Surveying Previous supervisory experience leading construction teams is required. Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, quality management, and construction methods. Good understanding of construction safety regulations and environmental compliance. Strong planning, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience in mining, industrial, or remote-site construction projects is highly desirable.
