Job Summary The Sales Director – B2B is responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth, expand market share, acquire new clients, and build strategic partnerships with local and international companies. The role leads the sales team, oversees strategic account management, and ensures the achievement of sales targets by delivering technology and consulting solutions that meet client needs and support the company's business objectives. Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute the company's B2B sales strategy in alignment with business objectives. Establish annual sales plans, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify target markets, industries, and business expansion opportunities. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.2. Business Development Identify and acquire new clients across the public and private sectors. Develop and expand business opportunities with existing clients. Lead commercial negotiations, prepare business proposals, and close strategic deals. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local and international companies. Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and industry events both locally and internationally. Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term contracts and projects.3. Client & Account Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients. Establish strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth. Manage strategic accounts and oversee commercial commitments.4. Sales Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team. Set sales targets and monitor team performance. Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure continuous business opportunities. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve sales effectiveness.5. Commercial Management Develop sales forecasts and revenue plans. Prepare executive sales and performance reports. Monitor profitability and commercial performance. Ensure compliance with company commercial policies and procedures.6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to develop tailored technical and commercial proposals. Work closely with the Marketing Department to generate qualified sales leads. Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams throughout negotiation and contract execution. Support the development of new services and solutions by providing market insights and customer feedback. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is preferred. Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development. Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership position. Previous experience in Information Technology (IT), Digital Transformation, Technology Services, or Technology Consulting companies is mandatory. Proven experience in selling technology solutions and services to enterprise clients. Strong experience in strategic account management, commercial negotiations, and contract management. Proven experience in developing and managing partnerships with local and international organizations. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets. Requirements Must possess a strong professional network with a minimum of 30 private sector companies, including local and international organizations operating within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships, acquire enterprise clients, and drive business growth with local and international companies. Strong knowledge of the Saudi IT and Digital Transformation market, with an understanding of regional business opportunities. Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
