Roles & Responsibilities
The Retail Director is responsible for leading the retail operations in KSA, Kuwait, and Bahrain, and for proactively developing the FENDI business in these markets. This role aims to drive a step change in retail culture and boost the 'Top Store' approach within the network.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales
- 5-7 years of experience in multi-location management of a retail luxury business
- Knowledge of GCC Countries and previous retail experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Maintains high standards of personal image.
- Strong selling and communication skills are necessary.
- Excellent relationship skills, self-reliant, friendly, and patient.
- Leadership, confidence, organization, and professionalism.
- Strong customer orientation skills.
- Administration and financial skills.
- Goal-oriented approach, multitasking.
- Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge.
- Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Fluent English; French and/or Italian are a plus.
