Role Purpose Support the planning and development of Cenomi's retail projects from concept through pre-construction, ensuring developments align with the company's commercial, operational, and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day development management of assigned retail projects through planning, design, approvals, and pre-construction activities. Coordinate internal teams, consultants, authorities, and external stakeholders to progress projects in line with programme objectives. Manage the design development process, ensuring solutions are commercially viable, operationally efficient, and aligned with Cenomi standards. Support feasibility studies, development strategies, project budgets, and business case preparation. Monitor project progress, key risks, approvals, and critical milestones, providing regular reporting to senior management. Facilitate cross-functional coordination between Development, Leasing, Asset Management, Operations, Finance, and other business units. Support value engineering initiatives and drive continuous improvement throughout the development process. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Finance or a related discipline. Typically 5–7 years (Manager) or 7–10 years (Senior Manager) of experience in retail real estate development or development management. Strong understanding of development processes, design management, stakeholder coordination, and commercial decision-making.
