Our leading telemedicine platform in Riyadh launches with a unique vision to provide comprehensive and innovative psychiatric care for children with autism. We are seeking an outstanding Pediatric Psychiatrist (Deputy Doctor) to join our multidisciplinary medical team and contribute to developing comprehensive therapeutic programs in collaboration with early intervention specialists to meet the needs of our young champions and their families.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive and accurate psychological evaluations for children and adolescents and document them according to accepted standards.
  • Treatment Plans: Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on the child’s clinical progression, in full coordination with the care team.
  • Case Management: Address common psychological disorders in children and protect them from psychological health deterioration.
  • Environmental Support: Ongoing coordination with parents, teachers, and schools to ensure a supportive and optimal environment for the child.
  • Awareness and Innovation: Participation in early intervention programs, community awareness, and research activities to improve quality of care.
  • Professional Development: Transfer knowledge and expertise to medical team members and trainee medical students.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Strict adherence to occupational safety procedures and patient data privacy in accordance with local and international regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Medicine from an accredited educational institution.
  • Licensing: An accredited medical certificate and specialization as a Pediatric Psychiatrist or a diagnosis related to autism from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
  • Experience: One to two years in a trusted healthcare environment, with a strong passion for growth and professional development.
  • Languages: Proficiency in speaking and writing Arabic fluently (highly documented), with excellent familiarity with basic medical English.

  • Strong communication skills to work flexibly within a multidisciplinary team (doctors, specialists, schools).

  • Complete familiarity with pediatric psychotropic medication protocols in line with national guidelines.
