Control Operator (POLCID)
We are looking for a Control Operator to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize control systems and DCS equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and uninterrupted plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for control systems and DCS equipment. Monitor control room systems and verify equipment performance. Test protection, safety, and interlock signals. Configure and modify POLCID control logic. Calibrate field instruments and ensure measurement accuracy. Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation. Coordinate maintenance activities and spare parts requirements. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in industrial control systems. Minimum 1 year of experience with POLCID. Experience in DCS, PLC, instrumentation, calibration, and troubleshooting. Experience in the cement industry or heavy industrial environments is preferred.
