Sales Manager Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Saudi market by developing strategic relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers within the fit-out, interior products, and building materials sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand business opportunities with consultants, developers, contractors, and key accounts. Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships. Promote premium interior solutions, including curtain systems, motorized solutions, blinds, upholstery, and fabrics. Deliver professional product presentations and technical solutions to clients. Manage project sales from specification through project completion and handover. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, procurement teams, and project managers. Achieve sales targets while expanding market share across the Kingdom. Maintain and develop the provided client and project database, ensuring effective lead conversion. Requirements10–15 years of B2B sales experience within Fit-Out, Building Materials, Construction Materials, FF&E, Procurement, or Interior Products. Minimum 7 years of experience in the Saudi market (KSA). Proven track record in project sales, business development, and key account management. Strong network with consultants, developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and procurement teams across KSA. Experience in specification sales and project-based selling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to drive business growth and consistently achieve sales targets.
