As a Field Sales Representative, you will be a core part of the sales team and play a pivotal role in achieving growth objectives and delivering the best possible customer experience through advanced service and deep product and sector knowledge.
Main responsibilities and duties
- Execute field sales plans to reach existing and new customers in the food sector.
- Build and develop sustainable relationships with buyers, supply managers, store chains, wholesalers and retailers.
- Present and promote food products according to the company’s strategies and provide value offers that meet customer needs.
- Collect and analyze market and competitor feedback and provide regular reports to sales management.
- Coordinate with promotions and pricing teams to adjust offers in line with company policies and local specifics.
- Manage and organize visit schedules and daily and weekly plans while maintaining the targeted growth rate.
- Maintain a high level of service and handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Comply with applicable regulatory, organizational, and food safety requirements.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Two to five years of field sales experience within the food sector or food retail.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and advanced applications for relationship and visit management (CRM).
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and trends in the local food market.
- Ability to work in the field independently and under pressure to achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Presence in Saudi Arabia and ability to travel as needed within the specified region.
