Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and engineering sectors.
  • Generate leads for steel fabricationstructural steelsteel structuressteel buildingsPEB buildingsaluminum fabricationglass installationsGRC, and GRP projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, EPC contractors, government organizations, and industrial clients.
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, production, and project teams to prepare competitive quotations and proposals.
  • Follow up on enquiries, tenders, RFQs, and project opportunities until successful order closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify new projects, competitors, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain an updated CRM database of clients, leads, quotations, and project status.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales

Job Summary

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the steel fabrication and construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, generating sales, and promoting the company's products and services in steel structures, steel construction, structural steel, steel buildings, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), aluminum works, glass works, GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete), and GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) solutions.
