Job Details

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the sales cycle

Proposal & Technical Support

  • Generate and qualify enquiries, coordinating closely with the Estimation team to develop accurate and competitive quotations
  • Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client specifications, drawings, and project requirements
  • Present proposals confidently to clients, addressing technical queries and demonstrating Litco's fabrication and erection capabilities
  • Support tender and bid documentation as required, ensuring timely and accurate submissions

Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contract conditions to secure profitable and sustainable business
  • Drive deals through to closure, coordinating with internal stakeholders to finalize agreements
  • Ensure all closed contracts are properly handed over to the project execution team with complete documentation

Market Intelligence

  • Continuously monitor market trends, upcoming construction and industrial projects, and competitor activity across Saudi Arabia
  • Identify emerging opportunities in sectors such as industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and EPC projects
  • Provide regular market feedback and sales forecasts to management to support strategic planning

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise closely with Engineering, Production, and Project teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions and smooth project handover
  • Coordinate with Project Managers post-sale to ensure client expectations are met during execution
  • Provide feedback from the field to internal teams to improve future proposals and service delivery

Sales Performance

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM records
  • Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management review

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
  • 3–7 years of sales experience specifically within structural steel, PEB, EPC, or industrial construction sectors
  • Strong, demonstrable knowledge of the Saudi steel fabrication and construction market, including key players and client networks
  • Proven ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia for client visits and site meetings
  • Mandatory: Valid Saudi driving license
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
