Job Purpose Lead the assessment and continuous improvement of PMO governance, organizational performance, compliance, and project delivery practices. The role is responsible for providing strategic recommendations, conducting performance assessments, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting sustainable project governance across a national transformation program.
Key Accountabilities1. Performance Assessment & Reporting Lead periodic assessments of project performance against approved plans and objectives. Analyze project and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Develop executive reports and performance insights to support informed decision-making.2. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management Assess compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and project management procedures. Identify process gaps, governance risks, and areas requiring corrective actions. Maintain governance observations and recommend practical improvement initiatives.3. Process Improvement & Organizational Excellence Review and enhance PMO methodologies, procedures, templates, and governance documentation. Evaluate digital processes and automation effectiveness to improve operational efficiency. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend optimization initiatives.4. Knowledge Management & Capability Development Assess stakeholder satisfaction and project governance effectiveness. Support knowledge transfer initiatives and organizational capability development. Review technical and financial performance of ongoing projects and highlight improvement opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, Management, or any related discipline. A Master's degree (preferably an MBA) is considered an advantage. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in PMO, project management, governance, organizational performance, or management consulting.
