Requirements:- Applicant must be a Saudi national.
- Obtained General Secondary Education certificate with a minimum average of 70%.
- Achieve at least Level 2 in the academy's placement test.
- Score no less than 60% in the General Aptitude Test.
- Must not have previously benefited from the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf).
- Not registered in the Social Insurance system.
- Age between 17 and 24 years.
- Medically fit.
Benefits:- Monthly salary up to SAR 7,000 after graduation.
- Monthly allowance of SAR 2,000 during training.
- Direct employment and sponsorship for training by a sponsoring company.

The National Construction Academy (NCA) is a non-profit technical and vocational training institution, established in partnership with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), and in cooperation with a number of leading entities in the construction sector, aimed at preparing and qualifying national cadres according to labor market needs.
