We are looking for an architectural engineer to join our team, to work on preparing architectural designs and drawings and following design and construction stages, including developing design ideas, preparing execution drawings, coordinating with work teams, and ensuring designs meet project requirements and approved standards.
Requirements
Hold Professional Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers
Preparing architectural designs for projects (plans, facades, 3D models)
Studying client requirements and converting them into design solutions
Preparing execution and detailed drawings
Supervising project implementation and ensuring conformity with the design
Compliance with the building code and municipal regulations
Presenting client proposals and explaining designs
Modifying designs based on feedback
Problem solving and decision making
Time management and meeting deadlines
Strong communication and presentation skills
