Job Description Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Nuclear to lead the design, licensing, and site characterization of a new nuclear facility in Riyadh. The role requires strong technical project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams of technical specialists to deliver critical project milestones. Your role Lead the end-to-end project management of nuclear facility development, including design, licensing, and site characterization Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure successful delivery Coordinate and oversee multidisciplinary technical teams and consultants Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment Support regulatory and licensing processes, ensuring compliance with nuclear standards and local authority requirements Monitor project progress and ensure timely resolution of issues and risks Drive collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory frameworks specific to nuclear projects
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear, or Chemical Engineering (required); Master s Degree in above disciplines optional Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or Reliability Maintenance Professional (RMP) With atleast 10 years of experience in project management, with strong experience in nuclear projects Proven track record in managing design, licensing, and/or site characterization activities Experience working on complex, large-scale infrastructure or energy projects Strong understanding of nuclear regulatory frameworks and project lifecycle Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities Background in engineering, nuclear engineering, or a related technical field Experience working in the Middle East or on international nuclear projects Familiarity with Saudi regulatory environment is an advantage
