About the Role:Reef Holding is seeking a Makeup Product Section Head to lead the strategy, development, and innovation of our makeup product line. The role will oversee R&D, ensure regulatory compliance, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive the launch of high-performance, market-relevant products.
Responsibilities Include:Leading the full development cycle of new makeup products Managing R&D and product testing to ensure safety and innovation Ensuring compliance with local and international cosmetic regulations Collaborating with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams Monitoring market trends to guide product innovation Supervising a team and reporting to the Head of Product Management
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field7–10+ years in beauty product development (makeup focus preferred) Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and team leadership skills Fluent in Arabic and English
