The Role
The Managing Director will lead overall retail performance across fashion brands. This role will oversee merchandising, operations, marketing, and expansion strategy. A key focus will be driving profitability, brand positioning, and customer engagement. The MD will manage senior leadership teams and partner with brand principals. This role carries full P&L responsibility and strategic influence.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must have senior leadership experience within fashion or lifestyle retail. Strong exposure to Saudi retail dynamics is essential. The ideal profile demonstrates commercial leadership, brand understanding, and operational discipline. Experience managing multi-brand portfolios is highly advantageous.

الدور
سيقود المدير العام الأداء العام لتجزئة الأزياء عبر العلامات التجارية. ستشرف هذه الدور على الترجمة البصرية، والعمليات، والتسويق، واستراتيجية التوسع. تركيز رئيسي سيكون على دفع الربحية، وتحديد موقع العلامة التجارية، وتفاعل العملاء. سيقوم المدير العام بإدارة فرق القيادة العليا والشراكة مع قادة العلامة التجارية. تحمل هذه الوظيفة مسؤولية كاملة عن الربح والخسارة والتأثير الاستراتيجي.

يجب أن يمتلك المرشحون خبرة قيادية عليا في تجزئة الأزياء أو أنماط الحياة. من الضروري وجود تعرض قوي لديناميكيات التجزئة في السعودية. الملف الأمثل يُظهر قيادة تجارية، وفهم العلامة التجارية، والانضباط التشغيلي. تعتبر الخبرة في إدارة حقائب علامات متعددة ميزة كبيرة.
