Key Responsibilities:

Design technical architectures aligned with Ministry-approved standards. Ensure the use of approved technologies such as . NET, Angular, and SQL Server. Develop secure digital applications and services following secure coding standards. Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, ESB, and middleware technologies. Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines. Prepare technical and architectural documentation. Implement and validate High Availability and Failover mechanisms. Support performance, security, and functional testing activities. Ensure compliance with MFA, WAF, Data Encryption, Monitoring, and SSO requirements

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital application and system development. Strong experience with . NET, Angular, SQL Server, APIs, and enterprise integrations. Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD, and secure coding practices. Excellent architectural and technical leadership skills
