The purpose of this role is to lead and optimize sales operations in Riyadh by streamlining processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and implementing best-in-class CRM and sales tools. The Sales Operations Lead will drive revenue growth, improve sales team productivity, and ensure forecast accuracy to support quota attainment across the Saudi market.
Lead and optimize sales operations to drive revenue growth across the Saudi market
Streamline sales processes to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency
Enhance sales team effectiveness through training, tools, and performance tracking
Manage and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) across all teams
Develop and maintain sales analytics and reporting dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
Improve sales forecasting accuracy to 95% using advanced forecasting tools
Support quota attainment and track team performance against key results
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams
Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
Communicate insights and recommendations in both Arabic and English
