Lucky Engineering (LITCO) is seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements across our structural steel fabrication and installation projects.
Key Requirements:
✔ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
✔ Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction, steel fabrication, or industrial projects
✔ Knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, and safe work practices
✔ Strong communication and reporting skills
✔ Ability to conduct site inspections, safety training, and incident investigations
✔ GCC experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental procedures on site
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
• Prepare risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety reports
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure workers comply with safety regulations and PPE requirements
• Coordinate with project teams to promote a safe working environment
• Maintain HSE records and documentation as per project requirements
• Support compliance with client and regulatory HSE standards
