Position Summary The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) is responsible for identifying, validating, and developing new business opportunities, products, and ventures. The role combines entrepreneurial thinking, strategic analysis, market research, and hands-on execution to launch and scale innovative initiatives. The EIR works closely with leadership, investors, product teams, and external partners to transform ideas into viable businesses.
Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, business models, and growth initiatives. Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis. Develop business cases, financial models, and go-to-market strategies. Validate product and venture concepts through experimentation and customer feedback. Lead the early-stage development and launch of new products, services, or ventures. Build relationships with founders, investors, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, marketing, and operations. Prepare presentations, investment materials, and strategic recommendations for leadership. Monitor venture performance and define key metrics for success. Support fundraising, partnership development, and ecosystem engagement activities where applicable

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Experience in startups, venture building, innovation, product management, consulting, strategy, or business development. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environments.
