Roles & Responsibilities

For a Supply Chain Material Analysis role in aviation, the client is typically looking for candidates with a blend of inventory planning, forecasting, and analytical skills, rather than pure procurement experience. The ideal profile would have:

Core Experience

  • Supply Chain Planning / Material Planning

  • Inventory Management & Optimization

  • Demand Forecasting and Consumption Analysis

  • Spare Parts Planning

  • Excess & Obsolescence Management

  • Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance Support

  • ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, AMOS, TRAX, Ramco, etc.)

Technical Skills

  • Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

  • Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Forecasting Models

  • Power BI/Tableau (preferred)

  • Data Science or Statistical Analysis background (preferred)

Desired Candidate Profile
