We are a growing equipment rental and transport company serving construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a reliable and proactive HR & Administration Executive to support our daily operations and assist management in establishing efficient business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Handle employment contracts, personnel files, and employee records.
- Coordinate work visas, Iqama renewals, medicals, and other employee-related documentation.
- Liaise with government portals and authorities including Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Absher Business, and Chamber of Commerce.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Support payroll preparation and maintain HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, job postings, and candidate interviews.
- Assist with vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, and company licenses when required.
- Manage office administration, filing, correspondence, and general administrative duties.
- Support management with reports, documentation, and operational coordination.
Requirements
- Saudi National preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR, administration, government relations, or office management.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor regulations and government platforms.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and government transactions.
- Experience working in transportation, logistics, construction, or equipment rental companies.
