LTEWP OJT Project Co-Ordinator Grade: 5 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia JOB PURPOSE BAE Systems is the UK Government s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons. BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is committed to supporting the Saudi Arabian National Agenda including Saudisation and the training and development of Saudi National capability through the growth of the Saudi National Partner Companies thereby reinforcing Industrialisation and Partnerships.

The On-the-Job Training (OJT) Coordinator is responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing workplace training programs that help the RSAF develop the skills and knowledge required for their roles. This position ensures that training activities are structured, effective, and aligned with organisational goals while supporting both trainees and supervisors throughout the training process.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Mobilise and manage on-the-job training programs for the RSAF. Overall management and delivery of OJT within the EWC (Electronic Warfare Facility). Manage the OJT Pipeline and RSAF (Royal Saudi Air Force) & SN (Saudi National) the student records. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance outcomes. Conduct Regular OJT Reviews with the RSAF. Lead the transition of EE (European Expatriate) to SN OJT Programme. Coordinate training schedules and resources across departments. Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to supervisors and management. Ensure training programs comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements. Support trainers in delivering structured and effective workplace learning. Assist employees with training-related inquiries and provide guidance on development pathways.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential Experience working within regulated defence or aerospace environments. Previous experience in training coordination, learning and development. Strong organisational and scheduling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Demonstrate an existing SCE registration or the ability to attain one.
