Roles & Responsibilities

ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY) Urgently required for a leading Power Transformer & Switchgear Manufacturing, Project Management & Service Providing Company located at Industrial City of Dammam in Saudi Arabia.

Ensure the progress of all production processes of the related section in accordance with the companys established manufacturing procedures and quality standards.

Plan and coordinate the activities of individual sections to manufacture as per monthly schedules.

Give feedback to production supervisor about the production difficulties and material shortages.

Coordinate with store for the issue of required production materials / excess / left-over on scrap materials

Resolve all difficulties during the working day to have smooth operation.

Coordinate with other sections to keep smooth production flow.

Ensure all required safety precautions are taken to have safe operation and personnel.

Issue planned output is given with allocated hours and manpower in relevant section.

Report machine breakdown to the maintenance department and any non-confirming products to the QA department for the necessary action.

Ensure that the downtimes are kept to the minimum and quality to the highest possible levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years experience as Supervisor in Power Transformer Manufacturing Company.
• Able to read and understand drawings.
• Able to supervise a group of production workers
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate
• Awareness of Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
