3. Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership

• Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive customer acquisition and adoption. • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for successful product launches.
• Measure and optimize product penetration, revenue growth, and profitability.

4. Startup & New Venture Development
|
• Lead logistics startup initiatives from ideation through implementation. • Develop scalable operating models and business cases for new ventures. • Establish agile execution frameworks to accelerate time-to-market.

5. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and commercial opportunities. • Negotiate and manage key partnerships with logistics providers, technology partners, and enterprise customers. • Support expansion into new markets and customer segments.

|
• Drive customer-centric product design and service innovation. • Establish customer feedback mechanisms and service improvement programs. • Leverage analytics and market insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
