Tur Structure is a Turkish engineering company specializing in voided slab systems, permanent formwork, and underground water storage solutions. We provide on-site application consultancy — our engineers travel to construction sites to deliver design support, contractor training, and installation supervision.
We are expanding our global network and looking for sales representatives and commercial agents in key construction markets.
The Role:
We are looking for motivated individuals with existing contacts in the construction industry to represent Tur Structure in their local market. This is a commission-based partnership — not a salaried position.
What you will do:
— Identify and approach potential clients: main contractors, structural engineering firms, real estate developers, and construction material distributors in your local market— Introduce Tur Structure's voided slab and permanent formwork systems to decision-makers (structural engineers, technical directors, procurement managers)— Arrange meetings and site visits for our Turkish engineering team— Support the sales process from first contact through to order— Provide market intelligence: ongoing projects, tenders, competitor activity
What we are looking for:
— Based in one of our target markets (GCC, North Africa, Eastern Europe, Central Asia)— Existing network of contacts in the construction / civil engineering industry— Experience in B2B sales, construction materials, or technical product representation— Ability to communicate professionally in English (Arabic, Russian, or local language is a strong plus)— Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset— No office or full-time commitment required — this is a flexible, results-driven partnership
