Position Summary The Nurse is responsible for providing first aid and primary healthcare services at the project site, responding to medical emergencies, monitoring workers’ health conditions, and supporting occupational health and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide first aid treatment and emergency medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses. Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate transportation of injured employees when required. Conduct routine health inspections and monitor employees' fitness for work. Ensure ambulance readiness and availability of medical equipment and emergency supplies. Monitor medical inventory and maintain adequate stock levels of clinic supplies. Inspect and maintain first aid kits across project locations. Maintain medical records, incident reports, and health documentation. Support occupational health and safety programs and health awareness initiatives. Coordinate with HSE and project management teams on health-related matters. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Valid registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). Valid BLS Certification. Valid ACLS Certification.3–5 years of nursing experience. Previous experience in construction projects, industrial sites, camps, or occupational health clinics is preferred.
