Architect Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, innovative, and aesthetically appealing buildings and spaces while ensuring compliance with client requirements, regulations, budgets, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and presentation materials.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
- Produce construction documents and technical specifications.
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and design preferences.
- Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits and supervise project progress to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.
- Review material selections and construction details to achieve project objectives.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and budgets effectively.
- Stay informed about architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and new construction technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant architectural software.
- Strong architectural design and technical drawing skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating residential and/or commercial architectural projects is preferred.
