We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HVAC Engineer to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead the full lifecycle of HVAC systems execution, including shop drawing reviews, material submittals, consultant coordination, and site installation & commissioning. Prior experience working on Qiddiya megaprojects is highly preferred.

1.Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee the installation, progress, and quality control of all HVAC works on site, including Chiller plants, AHUs, FCUs, ducting systems, ventilation, and smoke management systems.

2.Drawings & Design Review: Review and optimize HVAC shop drawings, cooling load calculations, and air/water balancing reports, ensuring strict compliance with project specifications and Saudi Building Code (SBC).

3.Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate effectively with the technical office, civil, and electrical disciplines to resolve site clashes and interface issues using AutoCAD or Revit/BIM tools.

4.Material & Inspection Management: Prepare and follow up on Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and Requests for Inspection (RFI). Coordinate with consultants to secure timely approvals.

5.Testing & Commissioning (T&C): Lead and supervise the pre-commissioning, testing, and Testing & Air Balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems to ensure smooth handover to the client.
