Role Description
As SAP subject matter expert for SD and MM modules, be responsible for project specification, and execution as well as comprehensive supporting in ongoing operations.
Responsibilities1- Definition of SAP specifications in coordination with the business team and other stakeholders in SAP roll-out projects.2- Supporting the sales, purchasing business processes optimization in the day-to-day operations, as well as incident analyses to ensure sustainable solutions. Monitor interface running.3- Identify business requirements, challenges, issues, and propose solution in related modules.4- Provide training to local business users.5- Collaborate, manage and control the external service providers based on KPIs.6- Contribute to the harmonization of business processes with other IT application teams.7- Coordinate with internal IT teams from global, regio to implement global IT strategies, policies, and procedures to facilitate business operations and achieve company objectives.
Key requirements1- Strong knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules and their implementation. SAP certification is highly preferred.2- Knowledge and experience at SAP CS module or SAP Variant Configuration are highly preferred.3- Proven working experience as SAP SD or MM consultant or analyst in the SAP domain. At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation project experience or 3 years SAP service/support experience.4- Working experience or project experience in discreate manufacturing industry is required. Working experience in the Middle East countries is highly preferred.6- Proactively customer and solution oriented. Good analytical skills and a talent for communication and coordination.7- Enjoy working in an international environment with matrix structures. Good team player.8- A university degree in finance, business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.9- Fluent in English.10- MS Office applications
