About the Role We are seeking an experienced Cards Portfolio Management Specialist to support the optimization and growth of a retail banking credit card portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving customer engagement, card activation, portfolio utilization, balance growth, and overall portfolio performance through data-driven strategies and campaign execution. This role requires a strong background in credit card portfolio management, customer lifecycle management, campaign execution, analytics, and merchant partnerships within the banking or payments industry.
Key Responsibilities Analyze portfolio performance and develop strategies to improve card activation, utilization, retention, and customer engagement. Support the development and execution of initiatives to grow the credit card portfolio and achieve business objectives. Plan and manage spend growth and balance build campaigns across multiple customer segments. Design and execute customer lifecycle and engagement programs, ensuring end-to-end campaign management. Support installment plan strategies, including campaign development and performance optimization. Optimize portfolio performance through customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized offers. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotional offers. Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Required Experience8–10 years of experience in credit card portfolio management within banking or the payments industry. Strong experience in customer lifecycle management and engagement strategies.
