- Welcome and greet guests professionally
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Escort guests to tables and provide menus
- Ensure an excellent first impression for customers
- Coordinate with restaurant service staff
- Handle guest inquiries and customer service requests
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess
- Fluent English communication skills
- Presentable personality and professional appearance
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
