As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a vital role in establishing strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include mentoring retailers and managing stock, ensuring a seamless luxury experience for our consumers.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build and maintain strong Supplier/Retailer relationships, addressing queries on products and services.
  • Oversee in-store operations through regular visits, ensuring compliance and proper merchandising.
  • Supervise the sales cycle, including order follow-up and collection tracking.
  • Monitor market dynamics and support trade marketing activities.
  • Ensure brand visibility and collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve objectives.
What You’ll Need To Succeed:
  • Minimum 2 years in retail, Pharmacy or FMCG sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage stock and report on sales performance.
