As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a vital role in establishing strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include mentoring retailers and managing stock, ensuring a seamless luxury experience for our consumers.
What You'll Be Doing:- Build and maintain strong Supplier/Retailer relationships, addressing queries on products and services.
- Oversee in-store operations through regular visits, ensuring compliance and proper merchandising.
- Supervise the sales cycle, including order follow-up and collection tracking.
- Monitor market dynamics and support trade marketing activities.
- Ensure brand visibility and collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve objectives.
What You’ll Need To Succeed:- Minimum 2 years in retail, Pharmacy or FMCG sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stock and report on sales performance.
