Job Description / Responsibility Design & Drafting Creating and revising engineering design plans and 2D/3D blueprints using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software. Making necessary design changes or modifications based on budget and client constraints

Site Surveying & Data Collection Conducting field surveys using specialized instruments to collect topographic and site data. Setting up equipment for traffic studies or environmental monitoring. Recording and interpreting technical data to prepare survey sketches. Materials & Quality Control Collecting and analyzing soil, rock, and other construction material samples in the field or laboratory. Evaluating the suitability, quality, and strength of building materials. Project Planning & Cost Estimation Calculating the amount of labor and the type/quantity of materials needed for a project. Conducting cost analyses, evaluating subcontractor tenders, and predicting construction timeframes. On-Site Supervision & Compliance Inspecting active construction sites to ensure the work aligns with design specifications and structural codes. Monitoring daily progress and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to keep the project on schedule. Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulation
