One of the Middle East's leading retail business conglomerates is seeking an accomplished General Manager – Property to lead and drive the property and real estate strategy for its expanding business operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This executive leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the company's property portfolio, identifying and securing strategic retail locations, managing lease negotiations, leading development projects, and supporting the organization's growth and expansion plans across KSA.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the property strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and expansion plans. Lead site acquisition activities for new supermarket and retail locations across Saudi Arabia. Evaluate market opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and recommend investment decisions. Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and property-related contracts. Manage relationships with landlords, developers, consultants, and government authorities. Oversee store development, fit-outs, refurbishments, and property enhancement projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Manage the property portfolio to optimize occupancy costs and maximize asset value. Lead facilities and property maintenance functions to ensure operational excellence. Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans. Ensure compliance with all local regulations, zoning requirements, and legal obligations.
