Job Summary

Lucky Engineering is looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer with a strong background in Steel Structure Projects to oversee and manage site execution activities. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising steel structure erection works, coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all steel structure erection and installation activities at the project site.
• Coordinate daily site operations, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Review and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to approved schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and HSE regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.
• Lead site teams to achieve project milestones within budget and timeline.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support during project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Steel Structure Construction and Erection Projects.
• Strong knowledge of steel structure installation, fabrication, and construction practices.
• Experience managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure steel projects.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting.
• GCC/KSA experience is highly preferred.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

Steel Structure experience is compulsory.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in steel structure erection and site execution.
Candidates without relevant steel structure experience will not be considered.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
