JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Programme Director to join a landmark mega development project in Saudi Arabia .
This is a high-impact leadership role for a senior professional who thrives in client engagement, strategic oversight, and executive-level stakeholder management .
This position is less focused on day-to-day operational delivery and more centered on driving alignment, visibility, governance, and informed decision-making at the highest level .
Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic interface between the client, executive leadership, and project stakeholders Lead high-level programme governance, reporting, and performance oversight Provide executive-level insights on programme progress, risks, opportunities, and critical decisions Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client representatives and key stakeholders Ensure alignment between programme objectives, delivery strategy, and business priorities Drive strategic communication across multidisciplinary teams and leadership groups Support executive decision-making through accurate and timely reporting and analysis Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Manager or Architecture.
Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 20 years of experience in programme and project management within the hospitality sector.
Proven experience as a Programme Director or senior leadership role on major development programmes Extensive background in mega or giga projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably PIF-backed projects.
Strong experience in client management, strategic reporting, and stakeholder engagement Exposure to PMC, developer, or client-side environments Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills Ability to operate effectively within complex, high-profile project environments
