Job description

Responsibilities

Manage production operations and supervise the execution of weekly and monthly production plans.

Lead work teams and monitor the daily performance of supervisors, technicians, and workers.

Improve operational efficiency and develop procedures and processes.

Monitor quality and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Manage materials and inventory and coordinate with related operational departments.

Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and improve production lines.

Analyze KPIs and develop continuous improvement plans.

Supervise fabrication workshops and mechanical and hydraulic operation activities.

Support the development of products and industrial processes within the factory.

Required Experience (Very Important)

Strong experience is preferred in factories that rely on:

Heavy industrial equipment and mechanical systems.

Steel structures and welding works (MIG / MAG / TIG).

Fabrication workshops and engineering operations (CNC, cutting, turning, laser).

Industrial production lines based on electrical and hydraulic systems.

Advanced manufacturing environments requiring continuous improvement and multi-level workforce management.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

Skills

Minimum of 7 years of experience in production management in industrial manufacturing plants.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred).

Strong analytical and organizational skills.
