Job Details

  • Daily Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, corridors, restrooms, and break areas.
  • Sanitization: Use approved disinfectants to sanitize surfaces, door handles, and shared equipment to ensure a germ-free environment.
  • Waste Management: Collect trash from offices and facilities and dispose of it in designated areas according to the scheduled timing.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain cleaning equipment (vacuums, mops, chemical supplies) and organize them in their designated storage after use.
  • Reporting: Immediately report any shortage of cleaning supplies or any facility maintenance issues (e.g., water leaks, burnt-out lights) to the direct supervisor.
  • Facility Organization: Ensure that furniture and office items are arranged neatly and professionally every day.
  • Emergency Response: Handle immediate cleaning needs, such as accidental spills or urgent cleanup requests during working hours.
